Tessa Arneson has been at the forefront of supporting diverse and underserved business owners in Salt Lake City for nearly twenty years.
She first stepped into entrepreneurship with a boutique Pilates studio called 9th and 9th Pilates (Now Maven Strong).
In 2015, she founded the Maven District, a network of beautifully designed co-working spaces, affordable offices, and store fronts for small businesses. She then went on to develop numerous thoughtful living spaces in Maven Townhomes, Maven Lofts, and Maven West.
Tessa is brilliant, intelligent, driven, and completely human. She shares her story, and her perspective, with humility, honesty, and sheer gratitude for the numerous humans she works with to help realize her many visions.
Her next project? Converting the now vacated Smith’s Ballpark into a women’s sports complex, the first of its kind in Salt Lake City.
The project would support an underserved and entirely deserving segment of sports players.
It would also rejuvenate the neighborhood with pedestrian paths, green space, a creek running through it, and, of course, businesses owned by women and diverse founders.
A new podcast by MSRE broker Monique Higginson and Partner Agent, Jennifer Holmstead, breaks through the mystique of home purchasing and real estate investing.
