Meet Monique, our Principal Broker, real estate agent for 23 years, home investment strategy guru, and founder of the Utah Women’s Investing Club.

Owning real estate changes lives, and I know this from firsthand experience.

I founded my real estate business in 2007, just as the market was entering one of the most challenging periods in modern history. At the time, I was raising young children and managing significant responsibilities at home. Building a business during that environment required discipline, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to long-term value.

During the 2008 housing crisis, I expanded my expertise by working for a national loan servicing company, where I valued thousands of homes across the United States. This experience refined my ability to accurately price properties—one of the most critical factors in selling a home efficiently and maximizing outcomes for clients.

Like many of my clients, my journey has included financial adversity, major life transitions, and periods of personal sacrifice. Nothing was handed to me. I learned to leverage assets thoughtfully, navigate risk, and stay focused through volatile markets while maintaining rental properties and growing a brokerage. The challenges were real—and the results have proven consistently worth it.

For more than two decades, I have helped clients from every background make informed, strategic real estate decisions across all types of markets and property styles. My experience spans both owner-occupied and investment real estate, giving my clients a clear, grounded perspective rooted in real-world outcomes—not theory.

Through the ownership of 27 homes and years of hands-on investing, I have learned how to use real estate to build stability, preserve wealth, and create long-term financial flexibility. I am deeply passionate about helping others do the same, on their own terms and with confidence.

Beyond real estate transactions, I am committed to building strong, informed communities. In 2022, I founded the Utah Women’s Investing Club, a rapidly growing organization dedicated to empowering individuals with practical investment knowledge and access to expert insight. The club continues to expand, supporting members as they take control of their financial futures.
