What’s the best time to sell my Utah home?
Typically, spring is the very best time to sell your home as the list to sale price ratios are the highest in April and May usually. The other best time of the year is mid September to mid November while the weather is good and school is back in session and summer vacations are over. The worst time to sell your home is in mid-winter. Typically the lowest sales to list price ratio is in January.
